The ideal candidate will assist in preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files, particularly in the area of family law. Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to family law cases.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for ongoing cases.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents as required.
- Maintain and organize case files and documentation.
- Assist in mediation and deposition preparation, including witness preparation.
- Attend hearings and trials to provide support and documentation as needed.
- Stay updated on Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Family Code to ensure compliance.
- Paralegal Certification or Paralegal Certificate is required.
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, particularly in family law.
- Strong knowledge of pleadings, motions, and subpoenas.
- Familiarity with mediation and deposition processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
