Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and briefs
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date
- Prepare for trials and hearings by organizing evidence and exhibits
- Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and legal procedures
- Support the litigation process by preparing discovery materials and assisting in trial preparation
- Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate and estate law
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of relevant software and legal research tools

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
