Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for court hearings and trials
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as necessary
- Monitor deadlines and court dates to ensure timely filings and responses
- Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and witness lists
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Certification from an accredited paralegal program is preferred
- 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
- Ability to work independently and in office in either Brookfield or Milwaukee

Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
