Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Manage and organize case files and evidence
- Communicate with clients and witnesses to gather information
- Prepare case summaries and reports
- File documents with the court and manage deadlines
- Assist in the discovery process, including gathering and reviewing evidence
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to personal injury and liability cases
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies
- Paralegal certification preferred
- Experience in personal injury law, including plaintiff cases
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in legal research tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
