We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various legal matters, ensuring that documentation is prepared accurately and deadlines are met. The Paralegal will play a crucial role in research, preparation of legal documents, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Prepare for trials and hearings, including assembling exhibits and evidence
- Assist in Estate Planning, Probate, and Estate Administration processes
- Support litigation efforts by gathering evidence and preparing reports
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
- Certification from a recognized paralegal program is preferred
- Proven experience working as a paralegal, preferably in litigation or estate planning
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tax laws and estate administration is a plus

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
