Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and drafting of legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Manage and organize case files and documentation
- Assist in filing legal documents with appropriate courts and regulatory agencies
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines
- Support attorneys during trials and litigation processes
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties
- Associates degree or better in a Paralegal Studies or a related field
- Certification as a Paralegal is preferred
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and/or litigation processes required
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
