Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll transactions using UKG software
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Support time and attendance systems management
- Collaborate with HR team to improve data management practices
- Provide training and support to employees regarding payroll and HRIS systems
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HRIS management
- Proficiency in UKG or similar payroll software
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Experience with data management and compliance
- Familiarity with HR software and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of employee records management
- Experience with time and attendance systems, and benefits administration

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
