- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions including experts

- 4 Years of Litigation Experience in Personal Injury Law (trial experience strongly preferred)
- J.D. or Esquire
- Colorado Bar License
- Experience handling Class Action cases in the P.I. space
- Competency in Case-Management Software
- Ability to Manage a Large Caseload
