Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney Negotiator to manage a prelitigation team in settling clients' personal injury claims. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills to obtain the highest possible settlement for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the negotiation phase following medical treatment in personal injury cases.
• Review demand writer's demand packages to insurance companies.
• Sort and read through medical records, insurance correspondence, and settlement releases on behalf of clients.
• Summarize case facts and create persuasive arguments.
• Negotiate clients' entire case with insurance adjusters to obtain the highest settlement possible.
• Maintain communication with clients to guide them through the settlement process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor Degree from an American Bar Association-Accredited Law School.
• Licensed to Practice Law in Texas.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws.
• Knowledge of investigative principles, techniques, and procedures.
• Skill in interviewing and negotiation techniques.
• Skill in searching records to identify and retrieve information.
• Skill in the formulation of comprehensive investigative reports.
