Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess personal injury claims and advise clients on their legal options.
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings to secure favorable settlements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case to gather information and evidence.
- Stay up-to-date with current laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury cases to provide informed legal advice.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience in personal injury law, preferably representing plaintiffs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
