We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This position involves managing cases from inception through trial, including all aspects of litigation and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials, presenting compelling arguments
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and developments
- Gather and review evidence, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements
- Prepare and deliver persuasive oral arguments and presentations during trials
- Jurisdictional license to practice law
- JD from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation ideally on the Plaintiff's side or as a Defense personal injury attorney
- Proven track record of successful trial outcomes
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients' best interests

Salary : $85,000 - $140,000
