Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage pipe installation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate excavation, earthwork, and trenching activities to prepare sites for pipe installation.
- Oversee the installation of pipes and related infrastructure, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage workforce and delegate tasks to crew members effectively, ensuring optimal productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify safety hazards and address them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours spent.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any issues that arise.
- Proven experience as a Pipe Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of excavation, earthwork, trenching, quarry, ditch, and piping operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
