Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee construction activities for job foremen, craft teams, and field engineers on assigned projects.
- Ensure each project is completed to the highest standards, staying on budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and subcontractors to align with all project policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to assess and optimize project designs, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
- Engage with the entire project team to establish project schedules and address any timing challenges.
- Represent our team during bidding, scope development, client meetings, and management discussions, advocating for project success.
- Support and promote safety initiatives, understanding and implementing safety standards with accuracy.
- Follow directions and guidelines as provided, adapting to both oral and written instructions.
- Uphold all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Safety Manual, along with OSHA safety regulations.
- Tackle additional duties as needed, taking on tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- 5 years of experience on heavy industrial projects
- Strong familiarity with construction methods, techniques, and labor requirements for industrial projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, budgets, and construction timelines effectively.
- Hands-on experience as a mechanical or pipe foreman.
- Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to sit, stand, reach, walk, twist, climb stairs and ladders, and kneel as necessary for project needs.
- Comfortable using standard and advanced personal protective equipment as needed in a manufacturing environment.

Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
