We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and will be responsible for representing clients in various cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and labor law matters. This role will involve litigation, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and appearing in court to advocate for our clients' rights and interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims.
- Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and other necessary court documents.
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.
- Appear in court for hearings and trials on behalf of clients.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the New York Bar; active NJ bar membership a plus
- Proven experience in personal injury law, particularly with plaintiff cases.
- Familiarity with labor law and its implications on personal injury claims.
- Strong litigation skills with a track record of successful court appearances.
- Experience drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and engaging in pre-trial discovery.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.

Salary : $130,000 - $240,000
