We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. This position will support attorneys in preparing for cases involving personal injury claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive to facilitate effective litigation and client representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support personal injury claims.
- Draft and organize Bill of Particulars and other legal documents as required.
- Maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
- Prepare case files for trial, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders.
- Assist attorneys during depositions and court hearings, providing necessary support and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal
- 2 years experience in plaintiff personal injury and litigation
- Strong knowledge of labor law and general liability principles
- Proficient in legal drafting, Bills of Particulars, litigation support, and document management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and legal professionals

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
