Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.
- Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective practices and adherence to financial targets.
- Oversee predictive maintenance programs and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on production.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for maintenance services and parts procurement.
- Utilize maintenance management software to track maintenance activities and performance metrics.
- Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement HVAC systems maintenance protocols to ensure optimal environmental conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in plant maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and reliability engineering principles.
- Proficiency in predictive maintenance techniques and root cause analysis.
- Experience with maintenance management software and PLCs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and manage budgets.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
