Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the plant to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity.
- Develop and oversee production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a culture of safety within the team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff to achieve operational excellence and high performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices - Driving Continuous Improvement.
- Experience with The Toyota Production System (TPS) and assembly processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in safety management and compliance.
- Familiarity with plastics manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 (Depending on experience)
