Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality production while optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs. The ideal candidate will lead a team to implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Manage and lead a team of production supervisors and workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to align with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations within the plant.
- Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of materials and production schedules.
- Monitor plant performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- 4 Years of Plant Management experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement strategies and OPEX methodology.
- Experience in supply chain management and maintenance operations is a bonus.
- Knowledge of precast and concrete manufacturing processes is a bonus.

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (Depending on experience)
