Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure efficient production processes.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment for all employees.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage budgeting and financial analysis to ensure the plant operates within budget constraints.
- Lead capital projects to upgrade equipment and facilities as necessary for operational efficiency.
- Foster open communication within the plant to promote teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess plant performance and drive accountability.
- Conduct technical evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards in production processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing management, particularly in plastic manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Experience in safety management and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Experience in leading capital projects and managing budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on open dialogue and teamwork.
- Ability to set goals and monitor performance through KPIs.
