Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the seafood processing plant to ensure production efficiency and quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing training and support to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve production processes and achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality assurance protocols in all aspects of production.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production metrics to senior management.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to streamline operations.
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain processes to meet production demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in seafood processing.
- Strong understanding of seafood processing operations and industry standards.
- Proven experience in plant management, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to food safety and quality assurance.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance operational performance.

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
