Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative and reoccurring maintenance on various manufacturing machinery involving PLC automation programming
- Ensure safety and company compliance while preforming repairs
- Answer and perform work orders in a timely manner
- Intsall, teardown, set-up, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance
- Perform maintenance on PLC machinery
- Perform maintenance throughout manufacturing plant including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic and more
- 3 years of manufacturing PLC programming experience
- Experience with PLC maintenance repair, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, health & safety compliance Experience with machine tear-down and rebuilds
- Experience with instrumentation, machine elements, electrical, mechanical, hydrualics, pneumatics, various manufacturing machinery
- Experience with machine tear-down and rebuilds
- Experience as a PLC Technician/Mechanic or similar role
- Experience or desire to work in the food & beverage or similar industry (i.e. general manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, plastics, packaging, and more)
