What You Will Be Doing
- Inspect equipment for potential failures.
- Repair and calibrate instruments.
- Troubleshoot using PLC logic.
- Replace electrical components as needed.
- Upgrade processing and packaging systems.
- Handle special projects.
- Modify PLC programs and add inputs/outputs.
- Assess and complete necessary repairs.
- Ensure cost-effective, timely fixes.
- Follow GMP guidelines.
- Spot potential issues early.
- Address root causes of breakdowns
- PLC troubleshooting and programming (Allen Bradley) required
- 1-2 years of experience or AAS in Automation, Robotics, or similar field
- In emergencies, you may have to come in on a weekend if a machine is down or in critical condition.
- 30-40/hr overtime
