Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair piping systems for water, gas, and waste in commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine plumbing and piping layouts.
- Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with building codes.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems as needed.
- Valid CT Licensure
- Proven experience as a plumber or pipefitter in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
