Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in Plumbing Design & Engineering to oversee and lead our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project success from design through execution while maintaining quality and efficiency. This is a hybrid role that will require at least 3 days per week in our Austin based office.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with design teams using Revit and AutoCAD to ensure quality deliverables.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and project specifications.
- Oversee project estimating and bidding processes to secure new contracts.
- Foster relationships with clients and contribute to business development efforts.
- Evaluate team performance and provide necessary support and guidance.
- Maintain project documentation and report on project milestones.
- 6 Years experience in Plumbing & Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required, Master's Degree preferred.
- PE or EIT license is required; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and design principles.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Experience with project scheduling and resource management.
- Understanding of business development processes in the engineering sector.
- Quality assurance and estimating experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- $95.000 - $125,000 base salary depending on experience & certifications
