The Plumbing Foreman is responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, managing crews, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves coordinating with contractors, managing schedules, and maintaining compliance with local plumbing codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead plumbing crews on job sites
- Ensure all plumbing work is completed in accordance with project specifications and regulations
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth project completion
- Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage project schedules and report on progress to project managers
- Maintain inventory of plumbing materials and tools
- Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to challenges that arise during the project
- Proven experience as a plumbing foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills - Can run crews 2-10 in size
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in commercial plumbing projects is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certification or license in plumbing is required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
