HR Pre-Employment Administrator - PART-TIME

Position Overview

The HR Pre-Employment Administrator will support the HR department by managing pre-employment processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This part-time role is essential for maintaining compliance with HR policies and enhancing the overall efficiency of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage pre-employment screenings and background checks
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified prior to onboarding
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of onboarding materials
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and pre-employment activities
  • Provide support for HR policy compliance and documentation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a seamless hiring process

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Background in human resources is a plus
  • Experience with Sterling or similar background check systems is desirable
