Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage pre-employment screenings and background checks
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified prior to onboarding
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of onboarding materials
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and pre-employment activities
- Provide support for HR policy compliance and documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a seamless hiring process
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Background in human resources is a plus
- Experience with Sterling or similar background check systems is desirable
