What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and oversee educational projects from conception to completion
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative solutions
- Mentor and guide junior staff in their professional development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
- Participate in business development efforts and marketing initiatives
- 2 years as a senior leader - leading project teams and proven successful business development
- 5 years of recent experience with school districts, private schools, higher ed, municipalities and government entities such as the DSA
- 10 years of experience in all phases of architectural project management in education
- Licensed Architect (AIA, RA)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to be on-site in an HMC Studio to lead staff at least 3 days a week
- Job Salary: $165K - $225K
- Very lucrative bonus package where you can 2-3x your annual salary in bonuses for new business
