Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance product quality and production efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and innovate new manufacturing processes
- Conduct experiments and trials to validate process improvements and ensure scalability
- Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure accurate and efficient operation
- Document and report on process performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with design and innovation principles in manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
