Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze parts through a machine shop
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellences
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess process efficiency
- Lead Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in process engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and process optimization
- Proficiency in coding and querying for data analysis
- Machining experience

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
