Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and improve operational workflows.
- Utilize coding and querying skills to analyze data and generate reports on process performance metrics.
- Apply Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct problem-solving sessions to address process-related challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in process engineering or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantifiable metrics for performance assessment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices.
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in coding and data querying tools.
