We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on improving manufacturing processes within the aerospace and military sectors, specifically with aluminum casting and molding. This role requires a strong background in enhancing efficiencies and quality in our production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet quality and compliance standards.
- Analyze data to validate process changes and innovations.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing operations and troubleshooting.
- Prepare documentation and reports on process performance and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering, particularly in manufacturing and aerospace industries.
- Knowledge of aluminum casting and molding techniques, is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MATLAB or similar for design and analysis.
