Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product design teams to integrate manufacturability into new product designs.
- Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies to assess and improve existing processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to process design, specifications, and improvements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the engineering process.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering, product design, and equipment design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
