Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products based on customer requirements and market trends.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of prototypes to ensure functionality and quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to develop product specifications and documentation.
- Use SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design of product components.
- Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the product development process.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on development progress and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
