Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product line strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to discontinuation.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to optimize production processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development and launches.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality.
- Utilize customer insights to inform product enhancements and new offerings.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in market analysis techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various functional areas.
- Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes is a plus.
