We specialize in the manufacturing of dry freight, custom cargo, refrigerated truck & platform van bodies with 15 manufacturing facilities across the US. Our headcount has grown by 20% over the past 2 years as we invest in new technologies and continue to lead the market. For this Production Supervisor at our HQ in Morgantown you will supervise hourly personnel and manage the daily manufacturing operations for the facility.

What You Will Be Doing
- Plans & control work group to meet production schedules
- Maintains safe working conditions, practices & good housekeeping in area
- Implement methods to improve productivity, reduce costs & improve quality
- Understand all policies & procedures to ensure compliance by all employees
- Understands bottlenecks that limit production & take necessary corrective action
- Ensures flow of materials to meet production needs
- Ensures proper equipment & tools for workforce to complete tasks
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR equivalent related experience is suitable
- 3 years as a Production Supervisor in the industrial manufacturing space
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles a plus
- Ability to be a strong leader with the right level of coaching & mentorship
- Any welding exposure (i.e. ability to spot a good/bad weld on production floor) is helpful
- Experience in schematics, blue print reading & AutoCAD introduction
- Ability to lead multi-functional projects
