The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing survey reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Professional Land Surveyor will play a crucial role in various projects, providing accurate surveying data to support construction and land development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed land surveys to determine property boundaries and topographic features.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations.
- Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software for data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to deliver precise survey results.
- Manage multiple surveying projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Current Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in land surveying and project management.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with software such as Carlson, Autodesk, and Civil3D is preferred.
