Program Manager- Grant/Private Program Management - REMOTE

Headquartered in New York, we are looking for someone out of our Colombus or Cincinnati locations! Our speciality is aiding farms to be able to create, and plant their agricultural systems at a rapid pace so they can increase the revenue of their farms!

Position Overview

The Program Manager - Grant/Private Program Management is responsible for overseeing and managing grant and private funding programs within the organization. This role involves ensuring compliance with federal regulations, managing budgets, and evaluating program effectiveness to maximize funding outcomes and support for our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of grant administration and private funding programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and organizational policies.
• Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets effectively.
• Conduct program evaluations to assess effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure private sector funding and support.
• Prepare and submit financial reports and documentation related to grants and funding.
• Facilitate communication and reporting between various departments and external partners.
• Implement best practices in project management to achieve program goals.
• Support nonprofit initiatives through strategic planning and execution.
• Utilize HubSpot and other tools for grant management and reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in grant administration.
• Strong understanding of federal regulations related to grant management and compliance.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with private sector funding sources and grant writing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in nonprofit organizations is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping practices.
