Responsibilities
- New job setup, including SRC filing.
- Subcontractor & supplier maintenance, including COI's, purchase orders, W-9's, and more.
- Assist with project billing.
- Acquire and submit subcontractor lien waivers.
- Track job costs, purchase orders, and WIP.
- Assist accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, expense reconciliation, collections, and more.
- Create statement of qualifications documents.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is required.
- Experience with HVAC or mechanical construction preferred.
- Understanding of construction processes and practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communicator with great organizational skills.
