We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure initiatives. This role requires managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Heavy Civil construction projects, including roads, streets, bridges, and infrastructure developments.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and adherence to financial constraints.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, outlining progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Foster communication between project teams and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within Heavy Civil construction.
- Proven experience managing infrastructure projects, including road widening, asphalt overlays, and street construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
