Position Overview
The Project Engineer - Aviation will be responsible for performing design for aviation engineering projects. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering with a focus on aviation.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of engineering to design and manage aviation projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for aviation projects.
- Prepare and review engineering designs and plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, government agencies, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare project documentation and reports for stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with aviation project experience.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE), or ability to obtain within 6 months if licensed in another state.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, aviation specialty programs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with ProjectWise is a plus

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
