Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation including contracts, submittals, and RFIs.
- Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to track project progress and identify potential issues.
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam software for project management and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Assist in the management of project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, including progress updates and performance metrics.
- Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and managing vendor relationships.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and discrepancies that arise during construction.
- 1 years construction experience
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related
- Civil construction experience a plus (roads, bridges, tunnels, marine, etc)
- $60,000-$80,000 salary depends on experience (DOE)
