We are a Construction company based in Miami Shores, FL. We provide a wide range of construction services including but not limited to General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build for a broad spectrum of clients and project types that include the private and public sectors. Our portfolio includes Mixed-Use Office and Retail projects, Parking Facilities, Recreational Facilities, Government Buildings, Luxury Mid-Rise Residential Condominiums, Educational Facilities and more. We also have expertise in the development and construction of projects with Complex Facade Treatments with Architectural Lighting.

Qualifications

• 2 years as a project engineer in commercial or multifamily construction
• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or similar study
• Good leadership skills managing subcontractors / superintendents
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing multifamily and mixed use projects as well as other projects in the Miami market.
• 50% on site, 50% in office
• Reporting to Project Manager
• Assisting Project Manager in managing site work, structural work, subcontractors, superintendents, etc.
