Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project specifications and requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation as required
- Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Proven experience in commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and project management principles
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software and tools

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
