We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects within the retail, commercial, healthcare, etc. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Proven experience (5 Years) as a Project Manager in construction or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
