Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project alignment and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
