Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Procore or Sage 100 is a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
