Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Comercial Doors to oversee the planning, execution, and closing of door-related projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial doors and building materials, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple door product projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to building materials and door products.
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance on door and hardware specifications.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for project management within the Division 8 and Division 10 categories.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the doors and hardware industry.
- Strong knowledge of Division 8 and Division 10 building specialties.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with contract hardware and commercial door products.
