Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project progression.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Manage project documentation and reporting, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience with concrete and paving projects.
- Strong understanding of K-12 and multi-family construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
