What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for Managing the Entire Construction Project Start to Finish
- Creating Project Plans, Budgeting, Coordinating With Clients & Partners to Ensure That the Project is Completed on Time & Within Budget
- Commercial Concrete Construction Projects in Indiana
- Ground-up, New Construction & Renovations - Typically $1M - $40M
- Work Directly With Preconstruction & Job Site Teams to Ensure Project Success
- 2 Years Project Manager Experience - Required
- 5 years Construction Experience - Required
- Concrete Construction Experience - Required
- High School Diploma/GED - Required
- Base Salary : $100K - $140K DOE Bonuses(Profit Sharing, Projects/Performance, etc.)
