Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage the project team, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes.
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, particularly with custom and luxury homes.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
